Portable batching plant for ready-mix, precast, & central mix
The Decumulator ready-mix concrete plant can operate in mobile or stationary configurations for maximum versatility. A modular design permits the use of multiple bins and silos to increase the base capacity from 20 tons to 40 tons. Individual scales make weighting faster and being blending the aggregates before they reach the mixer. The Decumulator comes standard with a 550 bbl cement soli, 14 cu. yd. cement batcher, 30" transfer conveyor, automatic batching control system and 5 days of supervision and onsite training. Each unit can be customized to your needs with the following hardware:
- 6000 CFM dust collection
- Water holding tank
- Split/auxiliary silo
- 40 ton aggregate bin
Mobile concrete plant features
A central mix concrete plant includes a mixer to blend the concrete materials before being loaded into a truck. When concrete is centrally mixed, the truck’s mixer is only used as an agitator to keep the cement from setting while in transit. Agitating causes less wear on a truck’s mixer drums than mixing. A mobile central mix plant can also be towed by a semi tractor-trailer to give you the flexibility to work on-site. Mobile units are often able to negate the special permits required when building a stationary batch plant.
